Just Me and Them

Blog re-work!!

I've had written on my to do list, a rework of my blog banner for so long that I can't remember it not being there!!  finally I finished creating my banner after downloading some very very pretty digi elements.

Here's the list of what I used for both my navigation buttons and my blog banner -

Although the whole thing was pretty time consuming, I had a blast making one of my own!!

Onto some more work... I created this as the last class page for the Digi in Deep class I have been doing -

It was a blast doing this course, although it was very time intensive, I now feel a whole lot more confident with photoshop and have begun talking about what more I can do to learn more!!  I think I will probably just start looking at some TAFE courses on photoshop and design, see where they take me!!

Cha cha changes!!

So what do you think of the changes?  I have had such a busy week and am only looking towards a busy weekend that it just seemed nice to be able to at least pretty up my blog space even if I can't spend much time here atm. 

I bet you're thinking I'm a bit nuts atm, spend the time making the new banner and such but no time to blog?  Well the truth is, I actually bought the template for my blog banner from an awesome store called  "Shabby Princess".  They have quite a few almost completed blog banner kits to buy and download.  Mine I only had to add the photo's and my title and I was done in 5 minutes!! Pretty awesome really.

Hopefully I will get some time to make my own banner with all the digi bits and pieces I have been collecting but for now this will be just fine by me. Oh, I even changed over the banner on my Scrapbooking articles page as well!!
